How much is shipping?+
Nothing. Free express shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number or tracking ID. If the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, email us and we'll chase it.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?+
Email support@driftwellstore.com with your order number. If it's past the estimated window or turns up damaged, we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet we can usually change the address or cancel it outright. Once it's with the courier, our 90-night guarantee has you covered instead.
The products
Should I get 5MG or 10MG melatonin?+
5MG is the gentle dose — a sensible starting point if you're new to melatonin or you're a light sleeper. 60 gummies per jar.
10MG is the extra-strength option for restless nights, jet lag and shift work. 90 gummies per jar.
Either way it's one gummy per serving. If in doubt, start at 5MG.
When should I take them?+
Around 20–30 minutes before you'd like to fall asleep. Most people start to feel themselves winding down in that window.
Will I feel groggy in the morning?+
Taken as directed, the formula is designed to support restful sleep without a heavy next-day feeling. If you do feel foggy, try the lower strength or take it a little earlier in the evening.
Can I take them every night?+
They're suitable for regular nightly use at the recommended serving. As with any supplement, if you're using it long-term or you have questions about your own situation, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
Are they vegan / gelatin-free?+
Our melatonin gummies use a pectin base rather than gelatin. For the full ingredient and supplement facts panel, always refer to the label on the jar you receive — manufacturers can update formulations.
Who shouldn't take these?+
Our supplements aren't suitable for children. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak with your healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

What is the 90-night guarantee?+
Give Driftwell a full 90 nights. If you're not falling asleep easier and waking up more rested, email us with your order number and we'll refund you completely — no return required, no questions asked. You keep the product.
How long does a refund take?+
We confirm within 2 business days, and refunds usually land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.
Do I need to send the product back?+
No. Keep it. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
