Cancellation policy

This policy applies to Subscribe & Save purchases.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time — no lock-in period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked. Cancel via the link in any subscription email, through your customer account, or by emailing support@driftwellstore.com.

Timing. Cancellations take effect immediately for all future deliveries. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Orders already billed or shipped are covered by our standard Refund Policy, including the 90-night guarantee.

Skip or pause instead. Not ready for your next jar? You can skip a delivery or pause your subscription instead of cancelling — manage this from your account or any subscription email.

Changes. You can change your delivery frequency, quantity, or shipping address at any time from your account. Changes apply from your next scheduled order.

Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout, and you'll receive an email reminder before each renewal.
